Senior Direct Sales Executive

WE’RE HIRING | SENIOR DIRECT SALES EXECUTIVE

Fresh off winning the MOST Awards 2025, we’re growing our direct sales team in Johannesburg and looking for someone who knows how to open doors, build real relationships, and close deals that matter. This isn’t a role for order-takers. We want a hunter. Someone who walks into a room with confidence, listens well, and turns a conversation into a long-term partnership.

What you bring • 5+ years in media, advertising, or a related sales environment • Experience winning new business directly with clients (not just managing it) • Strong presentation and negotiation skills • OOH or DOOH background is a bonus, not a requirement • Commercial sharpness and genuine strategic thinking • A team-first attitude. You celebrate the group win as loudly as your own

What you’ll do • Hunt and open new direct client relationships • Sell premium OOH and DOOH solutions across some of SA’s best media assets • Build strategic proposals that actually move the needle for brands • Drive revenue and grow with the business
