Role Purpose The Project Lead is responsible for field execution, quality control, and end-to-end delivery of all maintenance, repair (R&M), and new development projects within assigned business units.
This role ensures that all contractor work is executed strictly in line with approved scopes of work, engineering standards, and operational requirements through hands-on site inspections, scheduled audits, and real-time issue resolution.
The Project Lead takes full ownership of new projects from council/wayleave approval (“X mark the spot”) through to final structure installation and flighting, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and compliant.
